About me

Postdoctoral research fellow at Dana Farber and Harvard School of Public Health. I work with John Quackenbush. Previously, I was advised by Mihai Pop and Héctor Corrada Bravo at the Center for Bioinformatics and Computational Biology. For my c.v. click here.

Research Interests

I am currently interested in the field of machine learning and applications of algorithmic/statistical methods to biological data. The majority of the data I work on is Next Generation Sequencing (NGS), and often RNAseq or metagenomic data (looking at microbial populations).
