BiostatisticianThe Department of Biostatistics and Computational Biology at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute is conducting a search for a Master's-level Biostatistician. The ideal candidate will collaborate with medical and scientific researchers in design, analysis, and publication of cancer clinical trials and related research.
Research Scientists/AssociatesThe Department of Biostatistics and Computational Biology at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute is looking for research scientists/associates to collaborate in cancer research with an emphasis on clinical trials and laboratory correlative science. Areas of collaborations include : i) prostate and renal cancer , brain imaging, HIV, with DFCI/HCC investigators, ii) HIV with Ragon Institute investigators, iii) cancer clinical trials with International Breast Cancer Study Group/ Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group, iv) risk prediction algorithms for familial cancer syndromes within the BayesMendel group.
Required: Ph.D. in Biostatistics/Statistics, 1-2 years' experience, exceptional skills in data analysis and SAS/S/R, and excellent written and oral communication skills.
Database Administrator Job Summary: Design & implement high throughput genomics and transcription regulation database w/web interface; develop full fledged software tools to analyze high throughput genomics data,maintain lab computer cluster & web page. Research FellowWe are seeking a postdoctoral fellow with expertise in Cancer Computational Biology and Bioinformatics to work as part of an interdisciplinary team in a nationwide network of Lymphoma Researchers focused on better understanding the disease through the collection, analysis, and integration of diverse genomic data and other sources of information. This postdoctoral fellow will work with Dr. Quackenbush to develop analytical methods for integrating the various data that will be collected as part of this project and will work with the various individual investigators on the analysis of their individual and collective datasets. |
